Fawn III

“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.” And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.  “He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. Revelation 21:4-7

Fawns tend to get their share of posts on my site. They seem to have a draw which my camera and I can’t resist, and I have trouble passing up photo opportunities like this one. Although I’ve been privileged to see numerous fawns where I live (I actually saw another the day I am writing this), I never tire of seeing one, and I hope it is the same for you.

This little fellow was lying out in the open along a gravel pathway in my neighborhood. Cosmos the Wonderdog was the first to see him on our walkabout, and fortunately for all, he just gave the little one a sniff and moved on.

Where I live, it sometimes appears to take months for spring to actually change into summer. Cold, rainy days can make it seem like the warm, dry days of summer are still a long way off. But no matter how long it takes, the change does happen, and new life springs up in lots of different forms.

The above Scriptures state how there is coming a day when God will make all things new, and the pain and trouble of this life will be over for those who have believed in and called upon His Son. What a day that will be! I reckon then it will be okay for me to touch one of these little guys without my scent bringing them any harm (as I’ve mentioned in other posts). But for now, a quick picture will do quite well.

Not sure how to have your place in heaven secure? See Got God?

Hope you have a great day.
