Back to Back Turkeys

A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. Ecclesiastes 4:7 (NLT)

The Lord has allowed me to see His beauty and glory in all the various places I’ve been blessed to live. Sometimes I’ve had to look a bit harder to see His handiwork, but it is always there. Fortunately for me, right now I don’t have to look very far at all. In fact, I took this picture not long ago through the sliding glass door by my patio.

Although these turkeys can’t read the above Scripture, perhaps they know a bit more about it than I give them credit for.

The Bible speaks of how having a friend is truly a gift to be cherished and not to be taken for granted. If you have someone you can call a friend, I hope you know how very blessed you are.

The Bible states in Proverbs 18: A man who has friends must himself be friendly, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. The One Who sticks closer than a brother is the Lord Jesus. He will do the same for anyone who calls out to Him.

Hope you have a great day.
